product description:
ZGB series slurry pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, double-pump and centrifugal slurry pumps. The over-flow components of ZGB and ZGBP slurry pumps of the same diameter can be interchanged. The outline mounting dimensions are identical. The transmission part of ZGB series slurry pump adopts horizontal open type thin oil lubrication bracket, and has two internal and external cooling systems. Cool water can be added if necessary.
There are two types of shaft seals for ZGB series slurry pumps: combined impeller and packing combined seals and mechanical seals.
Where a tandem slurry pump (secondary or higher) is recommended, a mechanical seal with high pressure shaft seal water is recommended. The single-stage or series-stage uses a combined impeller and packing seal.
Features:
1. Adopt modern CAD design method, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate;
2. The flow channel is wide, the anti-blocking performance is good, and the cavitation performance is superior;
3, the use of impeller plus filler combined seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry; reliability design, to ensure that the machine's mean time between failures (MTBF) is greatly improved
4. Lubricate the metric bearing with thin oil, set the lubrication and cooling system reasonably, and ensure that the bearing runs at low temperature;
5. The over-current components are made of special materials, which have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
6, after special treatment, used for seawater ash removal and seawater and salt spray electrochemical corrosion conditions;
7. Within the allowable pressure range, it can be used in multiple stages in series, which allows a maximum working pressure of 3.6Mpa.
