1 Overview
YBX3 series high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is the basic series of fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage, high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor developed by our company. The efficiency is in accordance with the energy efficiency of Class 2 in GB/T18613-2012 "Energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating of small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motor", and it has excellent performance, safe and reliable use, low vibration and noise than similar products, and meets environmental protection requirements.

The power level and installation dimensions of the motor are in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. The correspondence is the same as the German DIN42673 standard, which is beneficial to the export equipment and the spare parts of the imported equipment.
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive gas environment Part 1: General requirements" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive gas environment Part 2: Explosion-proof type "d"", also conforms to IEC 79 -1, BS4683 and EN50018, made into flameproof type. Explosion-proof markings are Exd II AT4 Gb, Exd II BT4 Gb, Exd II CT4 Gb for use in locations where explosive gas mixtures are present.
The Exd II AT4Gb is suitable for use in plant Class II, Class A, temperature groups in the presence of explosive gas mixtures of Groups T1, T2, T3 and T4.
Exd II BT4Gb is suitable for use in plant Class II, Class B, temperature groups in the presence of explosive gas mixtures of Groups T1, T2, T3 and T4.
Exd II CT4Gb is suitable for use in plant Class II, Class C, temperature groups in the presence of explosive gas mixtures of Groups T1, T2, T3 and T4.
Based on the YBX3 basic series motor, it can also be made into YBX3-W outdoor type, YBX3-TH indoor wet tropical type, YBX3-THW outdoor wet tropical type, YBX3-TA indoor dry tropical type, YBX3-TAW outdoor dry tropical Type, YBX3-T indoor tropical type, YBX3-TW outdoor tropical type and YBX3-WF1 outdoor medium anti-corrosion type and other climatic conditions.
