TZDC series vibration motor products overview:

 

TZDC vibration motor is formed based on the optimization and improvement of TZD vibration motor. The vibration force of the whole machine is strengthened. The mounting holes of large vibration motor are increased from four to six.

And the eccentricity of the two ends of the block and the speed of the detailed ratio optimization, fully improve the use of the machine.

When TZDC vibration motor leaves the factory, the eccentric blocks at both ends overlap. At this time, it is the maximum vibration force. Users can adjust it conveniently.

 

TZDC series vibration motor is the excitation source of all kinds of vibration machinery.

This series of vibration motors are three-phase 380V 50HZ asynchronous motors with closed self-cooling and horizontal installation.

It is widely used in electric power, building materials, grain, coal, mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, casting, cement and other industries, such as vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, vibrating hopper, vibrating dryer, vibrating screen for mining, vibrating ore miner, vibrating shakeout machine, vibrating conveyor and other equipment.

TZDC series vibration motors have been designed to highlight the fastness during installation. The models with high excitation force are fastened with 6 holes, which overcomes the disadvantage that the vibration motors are easy to loose in use.
