Overview of yzo vibration motor:

Yzo vibration motor is a kind of horizontal vibration motor which combines power source and vibration source. It is a universal vibration motor like jzo vibration motor, YZU vibration motor, YZS vibration motor, YZD vibration motor and TZD vibration motor. In addition to general vibration machinery, such as: vibration crusher, vibration screening machine, vibration packing machine, vibration sand machine, vibration molding machine, vibration pile driver, vibration elevator, vibration filling machine, vibration arch breaking and anti blocking device of silo, etc. It can also combine many kinds of vibration forms. Such as: horizontal type, vortex type, shaking vibration type, combined linear type, combined ellipsoid type, composite dual frequency type, composite dual amplitude type, etc. From these vibration forms, we can produce some new type of vibration machines that we did not have in the past.

Features of yzo vibration motor:

1. The excitation force and output are properly matched; the excitation force is large; the body is light in weight, small in volume and low in noise.

2. Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance vibration rather than resonance, it has a stable amplitude.

3. The vibration frequency range is large, which can be adjusted in a large range by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be selected arbitrarily according to different purposes.

4. The direction of the exciting force can be changed according to the installation mode of the vibrating motor.

5. The exciting force can be adjusted steplessly only by adjusting the included angle of the eccentric block.

6. The maintenance is simple, only the bearings need to be repaired regularly.

7. The specifications are complete, which can meet the work needs of all kinds of vibration machines.
