Vb series vibration motor product overview:
Vb series vibration motor is to install a group of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft with double shaft extension. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block is used to obtain the exciting force. The vibration motor has large exciting force, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life. It is used in silo, hopper, chute wall vibration, or self synchronous linear vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, vibrating conveyor and other vibration machinery. It is an ideal equipment for metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other departments. It has a wide range of applications, installation and use. This series of vibration motors are three-phase 380V 50Hz asynchronous motor, closed self cooling, horizontal installation.
During the transportation or long-term idle of the vibration motor, when the VB series vibration motor works continuously, the surrounding air shall not contain corrosive and explosive gases, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.
When the vibration motor is installed on the vibration machine, the foot bolts of the vibration motor must be tightened, and elastic washers must be added under each nut. At the initial stage of the vibration motor operation, due to the running in between the bolt, nut and base plane, the tightening force will be reduced and small looseness will occur, so the foot bolts of the motor should be tightened several times at the initial stage of operation, once a day at the beginning, and once a week after two weeks Check fastening once.
It may be damped. Before use, check the insulation of the winding. If it is damped, handle it with corresponding methods. The bearings of VB series vibration motors shall be supplemented with grease (2 × industrial lithium grease) regularly, generally once every 4-6 months. When the vibration motor is in non working state, inject oil into the nozzle.
Generally, the vibration motor is operated for 4-6 months for minor repair and one year for major repair. During minor repair, remove dust from the body, check whether the insulation resistance and wiring of the coil are firm, and remove hidden dangers in time. During overhaul, the motor shall be disassembled, the inside and outside shall be blown clean with compressed air, the bearing wear shall be checked, and the new lubricating grease shall be replaced.
