Brief introduction: GZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder is mainly used to evenly and continuously or quantitatively feed bulk, granular and powdery materials from the storage warehouse or funnel to the receiving device. GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder product features:
(1) It can be used in the production process of automatic control to realize the production automation.
(2) No rotating parts, no lubrication, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
(3) The material is in micro throwing motion, and the wear of material trough is small.
(4) The material trough made of alloy steel plate can be used to transport materials with high temperature, severe wear and corrosion.
(5) Because the material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, the feeding quantity has high precision.
(6) High working efficiency and low power consumption.
Installation instructions of GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder:
This series of electromagnetic vibration feeder is recommended to be installed and used with a downward inclination of 10 °. For viscous materials and materials with large water content, it can be lowered to 15 °. For example, when the feeder is used for batching, quantitative feeding or automatic weighing, in order to ensure the uniform and stable feeding quantity and prevent the material from flowing, the feeder shall be installed and used horizontally. Generally, do not dismantle and install during installation. After installation, there should be a certain swimming clearance around the feeder to make it in a free state.
