working principle
The feeding process of GZG series motor vibration feeder is realized by using a special vibration motor to drive the feed chute to vibrate periodically and linearly along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the vibration acceleration of the feed chute is greater than the acceleration of gravity, the material in the chute will be thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of parabola, and the throwing and falling will be completed within 1 / 50 seconds. Due to the vibration motor's Continuous excitation, continuous vibration of the feed tank, the material in the tank is continuous forward jump, in order to achieve the purpose of feeding.
Scope of application
GZG series motor vibration feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power, fire resistance, glass, building materials, electric power, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, grain and other industries. It is suitable for feeding bulk, granular and powdery materials from the storage bin or hopper to the receiving device uniformly and continuously. The motor vibration feeder can be used to feed the belt conveyor, vibration conveyor, bucket elevator, crusher, vibrating screen, crusher and other equipment, and can be used in the process of automatic weighing, quantitative packaging and automatic control to realize the automation of flow operation.

GZG series vibrating feeder is a new type of third generation feeding equipment. Compared with other feeding equipment, it has the following characteristics:
(1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, convenient installation, less maintenance and low cost;
(2) Using the self synchronization principle of special vibration motor, it can start quickly, work stably and stop stably;
(3) The material moves forward continuously according to parabola track, so the wear of feed chute is small;
(4) Because the material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, the feeding quantity has high precision;
(5) This series of vibrating feeder is not suitable for explosion-proof occasions.
GZG series vibrating feeder can be divided into:
(1) General type (not indicated), open type, for general feeding without special requirements;
(2) Sealed type (f), a rectangular closed structure, is suitable for feeding in case of large dust;
(3) Tube type (g), the feed tank is tube type, which is suitable for the feeding of fragile particles, highly polluted and volatile materials;
(4) Adjustable speed type (T), suitable for feeding under the condition of automatic weighing.

Installation and commissioning
1. The front and rear hooks shall be hung up. After installation, the feeder shall be horizontal. The center line of the upper interface funnel shall be aligned with the center line of the feeder's feed port, and the feeder's discharge port shall be aligned with the middle and lower interface, so as to ensure that the whole feeder is in a free state;
2. The connection between the vibration motor and the conveying tank shall be firm;
3. The feeder can be installed horizontally or within the range of 0 ~ - 12 °;
4. Before starting the machine, check whether the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block of the two vibration motors is the same. If not, adjust them to the same angle, and tighten the fastening bolts;
5. Try to start and observe whether the rotation direction of two vibration motors is opposite. If not, replace any two-phase wiring of any vibration motor;
6. After starting the machine, observe that the machine body shall not have lateral swing, the motor current shall meet the requirements, and the whole machine shall have no abnormal sound.

GZG series motor vibration feeder can be made according to the user's needs:
Down vibration type: the vibration motor is placed under the feeder;
Up vibration type: the vibration motor is placed on the feeder;
Speed regulating type: the vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0 ~ rated frequency;
Open type: open to the upper part of the machine, suitable for the down vibration type, as shown in the sample drawing;
Sealed type: all feeders are sealed except the inlet and outlet;
Base type: for large (heavy) feeder, the base type structure is generally adopted.
