Working principle of T05 vertical vibration motor

T05 vertical vibration motor is an excitation source combining power source and vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a group of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric block is used to obtain the excitation force. Yzul vibration motor produces multiple excitation forces in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions which are easy to be adjusted by the operation of motor itself, forming a variety of motion modes of materials, such as rapid plane dispersion, center gathering, plane rotation, three-dimensional rotation, etc., which are used to control the mechanical performance indexes such as discharge speed, processing accuracy, etc., and adapt to the requirements of different machinery for vibration sources with its unique structural characteristics.
