Product description
SZF linear screen is a kind of commonly used closed light vibration screening equipment. It uses vibration motor as vibration source to make the material move forward in a jumping straight line on the screen surface. The material enters the feed inlet of the screen machine evenly from the feeder. Through the multi-layer screen, it produces several specifications of upper and lower screen materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets.
Scope of application
It is suitable for screening various dry powder materials with particle size of 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70% and no viscosity. The maximum feeding particle size is generally not more than 10 mm. This series of vibrating screens can also be used for liquid filtration and screening, mostly for sewage treatment, and also for screening of large particles of pulverized coal. When handling large materials, the thickness of the screen body needs to be thickened, the power of the motor needs to be increased, and the perforated screen plate is replaced as the screen. Widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemical industry, medicine, building materials, grain, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.

working principle
During operation, the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely to produce reverse exciting force for the exciter, which forces the screen body to drive the screen to move longitudinally, so that the materials on the screen are subject to the exciting force and periodically throw a range forward to complete the material screening operation. The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors are rotating synchronously and reversely, the exciting force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. There is a dip angle between the two motor shafts and the screen surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the self gravity of the material, the material is thrown on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.

structure
The screen machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, bracket, etc.
1) Screen box: it is made of several kinds of steel plates with different thickness by welding. It has certain strength and rigidity and is the main part of screen machine.
2) Screen frame: made of pine or wood with small deformation, it is mainly used to keep the screen flat and reach normal screening.
3) Screen: there are several kinds of screen, such as low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire, etc.
4) Vibration motor (see operation manual of vibration motor for operation and maintenance methods).
5) Motor pedestal: install the vibration motor, and tighten the connecting screws before use, especially three days before the trial use of the new screen machine, which must be repeatedly tightened to avoid accidents caused by looseness.
6) Damping spring: prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the ground, and support the full weight of screen box. When installing, the spring must be vertical to the ground.
7) Support: it is composed of four pillars and two channel steel, supporting the screen box. During installation, the pillars must be vertical to the ground, and the channel steel under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
Installation and use
The equipment shall be fixed on special foundation and fixed by embedded bolts. If the special foundation is not built, the vibration proof rubber plate shall be laid between the workbench and the equipment base, and the equipment must be equipped with safe and reliable grounding protection wire before use.
Note: after the equipment is installed in place, the device used to fix the screen body and base must be removed before starting the machine.
After the installation of the new screen machine, it shall be inspected according to the following requirements:
1) Check the insulation resistance of the vibration motor winding to the ground. If it is less than 20 m Ω, it must be dried before use.
2) On the screen body and the upper and lower spring seat rings of the frame, the spring shall be completely vertically embedded into the spring seat ring to ensure the screen body balance. The vibrating part of the screen machine shall not have any rigid connection or contact with other objects outside the machine.
3) Close the power switch, confirm the synchronous reverse rotation of the vibration motor, and carry out idle running for 10-20 minutes. If there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the equipment, shut down the equipment immediately for inspection. After the equipment operates normally, a small amount of materials to be screened can be set into the screen machine through the feed port to confirm that the materials move towards the discharge port, and then gradually increase to the required and bearable feeding amount.
4) When screening materials, the materials shall be evenly put into the feed port to ensure the uniform distribution of materials on the screen surface. When the materials fall, there shall be no big impact to avoid damage to the screen. In special circumstances (such as large difference in particle size of materials, large proportion of materials, etc.), a layer of coarse screen shall be added to the feed inlet as buffer.
5) The user can increase or decrease the exciting force of the screen machine according to the number of layers of the screen machine and the specific gravity of the materials (increase or decrease the exciting force by adjusting the angle of the eccentric weight at both ends of the vibrating motor), so that the screen machine can achieve the best screening effect.
6) When the equipment is shut down, there will be an instantaneous resonance area. At this time, the amplitude and noise will increase significantly, which is a normal phenomenon. Before the equipment is started and shut down, there should be no materials left on the screen surface. The screen should be checked frequently to see whether it is tensioned or damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.
