Product overview of D series bucket elevator (vertical elevator):
TD series bucket elevator (vertical elevator) is suitable for vertical conveying of powder, granular, and small pieces of abrasive materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., with a lifting height of up to 40m. TD series bucket elevator is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with jb3926-85 "vertical bucket elevator". At present, the commonly used bucket elevator in China is vertical. TD series bucket elevator is characterized by simple structure, stable operation, digging loading, centrifugal gravity unloading, and material temperature not more than 60 ℃; TD series bucket elevator has higher conveying efficiency and more hopper forms than traditional D-type bucket elevator, so it should be selected preferentially. TD type bucket elevator is equipped with four kinds of hoppers, namely, Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc bottom bucket), ZD type (medium deep bucket) and SD type (deep bucket).
Basic structure of TD, D series bucket elevator (vertical elevator):
TD bucket elevator (vertical elevator) is composed of operation part (hopper and traction belt), upper section with drive roller, lower section with tension roller, intermediate casing, drive device, check brake device, etc. it is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small pieces of non abrasive and semi abrasive bulk materials with loose density ρ < 1.5t/m3, Such as coal, sand, coke powder, cement, crushed ore, etc. The structure of TD type bucket elevator is as follows: there are two types of transmission devices of TD type bucket elevator equipped with YZ type reducer ZQ (or YY) type reducer respectively. YZ type shaft reducer is directly installed on the spindle head, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., making the structure compact and light. Moreover, it has a special roller backstop inside, which is reliable. The reducer has the advantages of low noise, stable operation and floating with the main shaft, which can eliminate the installation stress.
Main features of TD, D series bucket elevator (vertical elevator):
1. It has a wide range of lifting. This type of lifting machine has few requirements on the type and characteristics of materials. It can not only lift general powder and small granular materials, but also lift materials with high grindability. It has good sealing performance and less environmental pollution.
2. The driving power is small, and the hopper with inflow feeding, induced discharge and large capacity is arranged intensively. When the material is lifted, there is almost no phenomenon of returning and digging, so the invalid power is small.
3. It has a long service life. The feeder of the elevator adopts inflow type, without bucket digging, and there is little extrusion and collision between materials. The machine is designed to ensure that the materials are less scattered during feeding and unloading, and reduce the mechanical wear.
4. Good operation reliability, advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the failure free time is more than 20000 hours. The lifting height is high. The elevator runs smoothly, so it can reach a higher lifting height.
