BZF explosion-proof bin wall vibrator is an energy-saving general-purpose product with explosion-proof vibration motor as the excitation source. BZF series explosion-proof wall vibrator application:

It is a special equipment used to prevent and eliminate the blocking phenomenon of material sticking and arching in silos, tanks, chutes and tubular channels. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, building materials, thermal power, mining, machinery, mineral processing, coal, food, cement, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, grain, casting, ceramics, abrasives and other industries.

BZF series explosion-proof wall vibrator installation:

1. All steel plate silo: the explosion-proof silo wall vibrator device shall be welded on the silo wall.

2. The upper part is concrete silo, the lower part is steel hopper: the anti explosion wall vibrator device shall be welded on the wall surface of steel hopper.

3. Full concrete silo and reinforced steel hopper: vibration plate shall be laid in the silo, and the explosion-proof wall vibrator device shall be welded on the vibration plate.

4. Storage bin for pure and coarse materials: regardless of the bin form, vibration plate shall be laid in the bin, and the explosion-proof bin wall vibrator device shall be welded on the vibration plate.

5. Chute: the explosion-proof wall vibrator device shall be welded at the place where the chute is easy to stick and block.

6. Cone type Silo: when the diameter of the installation part is greater than 1 m, please install two explosion-proof silo wall vibrators.

7. Regardless of the installation method, as long as the explosion-proof wall vibrator device is installed on both sides of the silo, the horizontal height difference shall be 50-100mm
