I. working principle

1. Vibration motor is the vibration source of all kinds of vibration machinery, widely used in metallurgy, coal, casting, electric power, mining, chemical industry and other industries, with stable vibration and convenient adjustment, it can be used as the vibration source of vibration feeder, vibration screen, vibration sand machine, vibration dryer, silo anti blocking and other equipment.

2. Main structure

The vibration motor is composed of special motor and eccentric block.

When the vibration motor is electrified and rotated, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft are driven to rotate, generating centrifugal force (exciting force), which is transmitted to the vibration machine through the motor feet.

3. Working parameters

Vibration times (speed): HB series vibration motors are 2, 4, 6 and 8 levels respectively, and the vibration times are 2900, 1460, 980 and 740rpm respectively.
