YJZ system vibration source three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product jointly developed by the Research Institute of casting and forging machinery of the Ministry of machinery industry and our company. It is also a modified product of T01 series. It is a general vibration source for all kinds of vibration machines

It is a general vibration source of all kinds of vibration machinery, which can be widely used in mining, construction, building materials, metallurgy, casting, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, grain, coal, electric power, transportation and railway industries It is used for feeding, conveying, screening, dehydration, cooling, drying, picking, grinding, polishing, sand falling, molding, vibrating, ramming, road compaction, bin blocking and other works.
2、 Features
1. Compared with T01 system, this series of motors are small in size and light in weight.
2. It has strong vibration resistance and can operate under the vibration acceleration of 19.6m/s2.
3. Start quickly and stop smoothly.
4. Totally enclosed structure, can work in any dust environment without explosion-proof requirements.
5. The exciting force is stepless and adjustable, easy to use.
6. Special high temperature resistant and wear-resistant grease is selected for bearing lubrication, and reliable dust-proof sealing device is adopted, long-term use can ensure good lubrication effect and long service life.
7. The junction box of the motor is filled with non dry packing with oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and good insulation performance, so it is safe and reliable to use.
8. Various vibration forms can be synthesized by multiple units to complete various operation requirements.
