Yzdp vibration motor is composed of special motor and exciting weight. When the motor is electrified and rotated, the exciting block produces exciting force, which transmits the vertical and horizontal vibration machinery through the motor foot or flange plate.

The special motor is composed of specially designed sub line package and rotor shaft, which can withstand high-frequency vibration; the horizontal vibration motor adopts four sector eccentric blocks as excitation blocks, and adjusts the angle between two eccentric blocks at the coaxial end, which can adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor from zero to the maximum; the vertical vibration motor adopts two eccentric blocks as excitation blocks, one at each end of the two shafts, the upper end of the shaft is fixed eccentric block, and the lower end is fixed eccentric block The shaft end is an adjustable eccentric block. A group of additional blocks are installed on the outer side of the upper and lower eccentric blocks respectively. By adjusting the number of additional blocks, the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted step by step.

When the vibration motor is electrified and rotated, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft are driven to generate the inertial excitation force, which is the spatial rotation force with the amplitude of FM.
