Use and maintenance

1. The pedestal vibrator is mainly used on the screen and is an integral part of screening.

2. The eccentric block of the exciter operates relatively under the action of external force.

3. The bearings of the vibration exciter shall be regularly supplemented with grease (2 × industrial lithium base grease) once every 3-5 months generally.

4. Run for 2-4 hours after installation and put into use after everything is normal.

5. The anchor bolt adopts the anti loosening device to prevent the bolt from loosening and damaging the vibration exciter.

6. The exciter shall be operated for 5-6 months, minor repair once, major repair once a year, minor repair to remove dust and dirt from the body. During major repair, in addition to necessary minor repair and maintenance, the bearing wear speed shall be checked, and the bearing shall be replaced and repaired in time if necessary.
