K-type reciprocating coal feeder is used for feeding coal or other loose granular materials with small grindability and viscosity. The materials in the storage bin or material pit are continuously and evenly discharged into the transportation equipment or other screening equipment. The K-type reciprocating coal feeder uses the crank connecting rod mechanism to drag the bottom plate with a downward inclination of 5 ° to make a linear reciprocating motion on the roller, so as to discharge the coal or other loose granular materials with small grindability and small viscosity from the feeding equipment to the receiving equipment evenly. K-type reciprocating coal feeder is suitable for bulk material transfer in mines, mines, coal preparation plants, medium stations, coal handling workshops, port bulk terminals, etc. it can transfer bulk material to belt conveyor or other screening equipment, storage devices, etc. for use together through the silo or directly and evenly. The machine body is installed under the hopper, and the transmission device is suspension type. Working principle and structure description of K-type reciprocating coal feeder (feeder):
K-type reciprocating coal feeder is composed of frame, bottom plate (coal feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel, gate, idler, etc. When the motor is started, the bottom plate with 5 ° inclination is driven by the elastic coupling, reducer and crank connecting rod mechanism to make a linear reciprocating motion on the roller, and the coal is evenly unloaded to other equipment. The machine can be equipped with funnel and without funnel as required. The coal feeder has two structural forms: 1. With regulating gate 2. Without regulating gate, its feeding capacity is achieved by the bottom plate stroke.

Installation and use of K-type reciprocating coal feeder (feeder):
1. The reciprocating coal feeder is fixed and installed under the storage bin opening. Before installation, it is necessary to determine the horizontal position, fasten the frame and the bin opening with bolts, and then place the transmission platform in the correct position, weld the H-frame and the frame, and the transmission platform firmly, align and install the reducer and motor, adjust properly, and fasten with bolts.
2. After the installation of reciprocating coal feeder, no-load test run is required. During the operation, check whether all parts work normally. The maximum temperature rise of rolling bearing shall not be higher than 60 ℃.
3. When adjusting the productivity according to the unloading requirements, pull out the pin shaft at the crank position, loosen the nut, rotate the position "1, 2, 3, 4" of the crank housing to select and fix, insert the pin shaft, connect the crank with the crank and the crank housing, fasten the pin shaft and the nut, and start up after the adjustment.
Routine maintenance and repair of K-type reciprocating coal feeder (reciprocating feeder): 1. Before the operation of the feeder, sufficient raw coal shall be stored in the coal bunker to avoid direct impact on the bottom plate (coal feeder) when the coal is loaded into the bunker.
2. After continuous operation every month, check whether the parts are loose and other abnormal phenomena. If there are abnormal phenomena, repair them immediately.
3. If the thickness of the bottom liner of the reciprocating coal feeder which is in direct contact with the coal is more than half of the original thickness, it must be repaired or replaced.
4. The rotating parts of the reciprocating coal feeder shall be inspected once after six months of continuous operation. The parts of the pull rod part must keep normal cooperation. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it shall be repaired or replaced immediately.
5. Maintenance of main components of reciprocating coal feeder:
a. Reducer: check once every six months, and clean or change lubricating oil for rolling bearing and box.
b. Motor: according to the maintenance requirements specified by the motor.
