Zf18-50 concrete plate vibrator

ZF series attached vibrator Product Overview:
ZF series attached vibrators, also called concrete vibrators and cement vibrators, are widely used in the plane vibration construction of various construction workers, civil buildings, dams, bridges and prefabricated components. According to the technical characteristics, it can be divided into two categories: power frequency and high frequency.
1、 Operation and usage
1. Installation method: the use method of attached concrete vibrator is generally divided into two cases: moving surface vibration and fixed installation component vibration. When it is used for surface vibration, a wooden board (or iron plate) is installed at the bottom of the vibrator, and the vibrator can be fixed on the bottom plate for use. When a fixed component vibrates or is installed in other vibrating machines, its installation method shall be determined according to the design requirements. When the vibrator is installed, the mounting screw hole of the bottom plate shall be positioned correctly. If the hole position is not correct, it will make the vibrator installation difficult, or make the mounting screw deviate seriously, and make the casing suffer abnormal stress, which will affect the service life. The nuts of the bottom plate mounting screws must be tightened to prevent loosening, but the tightening force shall not be too strong to avoid damaging the chassis foot base, and the firmness of the four mounting screws shall be consistent.
2. Operation: the operation method of this machine is very simple. As long as 415V is connected, the power supply of can be operated. When the vibrator is in trial operation, it should not be idled for a long time on dry and hard land, because this will make the vibrator skip over very much and cause damage. When the vibrator is operated and moved, the four core wires of the motor shall be kept with a certain length and deflection, and the tension shall not be too tight, so as to avoid breakage of the wire head. When the vibrator is installed and operated, the electrical safety measures shall be paid attention to at any time, and the safety fuse shall be installed in the connecting line. If several vibrators are installed in one component at the same time, their performance may be different from that of a single vibrator. At this time, the frequency of each vibrator must be consistent, or mutual interference may occur. For more complex installation and operation problems, they should be properly handled in the design.
2、 Maintenance and repair method the regular maintenance work of the vibrator mainly includes the following points:
1. The outer surface of the enclosure shall be kept clean, so as not to allow the concrete to accumulate in the enclosure, so as not to hinder the heat dissipation of the motor.
2. The vibrator shall be handled with care during handling, installation and operation to prevent damage by knocking, and the motor foot base and casing shall be checked frequently to see if they are in good condition. If cracks are found, they shall be treated and remedied.
3. Regularly check whether the bottom plate mounting screw and the end cover fixed long bolt of the vibrator, as well as the wire box screw are tight. If they are loose, immediately tighten them (because the fixed long bolts on both sides of the single cover may extend after a long time of use). The bolts and nuts should be kept with good threads, so that they can be inspected during disassembly and assembly. If they are found damaged or not closely matched, they should be replaced.
4. For the lubrication of the bearings at both ends of the motor, according to the specific use, high-quality lubricating grease can be added once every three months to half a year. The amount of lubricating grease should be appropriate and not too much. It is better to take out the bearings when refueling, clean them with gasoline, dry them, and then install them. When lubricating the bearing, first screw off the nut on the long bolt, remove the end cover, and remove the eccentric block, then remove the bearing seat cover and the bearing. During installation and removal, pay attention not to damage the joint surface between the bearing seat cover and the casing. When installing the eccentric block, pay attention to lock it with anti loose steel wire.
5. In case of abnormal sound, abnormal vibration and burnt smell during the operation of vibrator, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the operation shall be stopped for inspection.
The structure of the vibrator is simple. If the vibrator can be maintained regularly and kept in normal operation and use, there will be less faults in general
This paper introduces the possible faults and maintenance methods as follows: due to the tension of the outgoing line of the motor is too tight or due to the negligence of use, the motor may suffer mechanical injury and may be broken. In general, the junction box can be checked first when the broken line occurs. If the broken line position is within the motor, the maintenance shall be carried out according to the inspection method of the general motor line. If necessary, the whole stator must be pressed out before the work can be carried out. There must be a proper fixture for pressing the motor stator.
After a certain period of operation and use, the bearings of the motor may be gradually worn out and need to be replaced. If the bearings are excessively worn, the rotor will be damaged due to friction with the stator. At this time, they must be replaced immediately. The bearing installed in the factory has a high precision, and the replaced bearings should also pay attention to the quality assurance.
