Overview of MV vibration motor

The MV vibration source three-phase asynchronous motor (referred to as the vibration motor) is a kind of universal vibration source with high efficiency and energy saving, small volume, large excitation force, reliable structure and convenient use and maintenance. MV vibration motor is widely used in mining, coal, electric power, chemical industry, grain processing, metallurgy, casting, light industry, medicine and other industries. It is an ideal exciting source for mechanized screening, conveying, crushing, filling and anti blocking of powder, granular, block and other bulk materials. MV vibration motor can be used in a single machine or in combination with multiple machines.

MV vibration motor can continuously output rated exciting force when the following conditions are met

1. Vibration acceleration: not more than 7g (G: gravity acceleration)

2. Ambient temperature: no more than 40 ℃.

3. Altitude: no more than 1000M

4. Power frequency: 50Hz

5. Voltage: 380V

6. Temperature rise: less than 80K (resistance method)
