1. Overview
YKK series 10kV High voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is a closed air-to-air cooling cage type asynchronous motor. The protection grade of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54 (GB / T 4942.1), which can be used in dusty or humid environment, and can also provide higher protection grade according to the user's requirements. The design of this series of motors adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class (80K), which increases the reliability of the motor operation, improves the service life of the motor, and also provides a higher level of insulation design according to the user's requirements.
This series of motors have the advantages of high power index, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance.
2. Purpose
This series of motors can be used to drive all kinds of machines, such as compressors, pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment, and used as the prime mover of various industrial and mining enterprises, such as mines, power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, etc. The motors for driving blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, hoists and belt conveyors shall be provided with relevant technical data when ordering, and a technical agreement shall be signed as the basis for the special design of the motors, so as to ensure the reliable operation of the motors.
3. Structure
This series of motor base adopts the box structure welded with steel plate, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. The side and top of the base are installed with removable cover plate, which is convenient for the maintenance of the motor.
The stator adopts the external pressure mounting structure, the end of the stator winding is reliably fixed. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone many turns to turn impulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and it has been treated by the vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint (VPI) process to ensure the excellent insulation performance, mechanical strength and moisture-proof ability of the motor.
The squirrel cage rotor adopts reliable welding technology, excellent rotor processing and manufacturing technology, and is fastened in the groove.
There are two types of motor bearings in this series, rolling bearing and sliding bearing, which are determined by motor power and speed.
The protection grade of the main outlet box of this series of motors is IP54, which is generally installed on the right side of the motor (as viewed from the motor shaft extension end), or on the left side of the motor according to the order requirements. There are independent terminals inside and outside the main outlet box. The main outlet box can be rotated with an interval of 90 degrees, so that cables can be led in from up, down, left and right directions.

7. Precautions for ordering (please indicate the following parameters when ordering):
Example: motor model: ykk4501-4 installation method: IMB3
Rated power: 315KW protection class: IP44 or IP54
Rated voltage: 10000v cooling mode: ic611
Rated frequency: 50Hz environmental condition: altitude 1000m, ambient temperature 40 ℃
Insulation grade: grade F rotation direction: clockwise rotation (looking at the motor shaft extension end)
Synchronous speed: 1500r / min outlet box position: right side of motor facing motor shaft extension end)
Note 1: 4-pole motor cannot be driven by pulley; if other pole numbers need to be driven by pulley, consult with the manufacturer in advance.
Note 2: it is recommended that the user check that the moment of inertia of the rotating part of the driven mechanical equipment (after conversion to the motor speed) should not exceed the value of "load J" in the technical data sheet;
Note 3: the user grid shall ensure that the motor terminal voltage is not less than 85% of the rated voltage during the starting process of the motor;
Note 4: the resistance moment characteristic of the driven machinery is the motor of water pump and blower. It is allowed to start twice continuously in the actual cold state or once in the hot state of the motor. The motor needs to stop naturally between the two starts. The additional restart motor should stop 4 hours later.
Note 5: if the user needs the moment of inertia of the rotating part of the machinery driven by the motor to exceed the value of "load J" in the technical data sheet, or requires the motor to be started frequently, please contact and negotiate with the manufacturing company in advance, so that the special design can ensure the reliable operation of the motor.
Note 6: with the technical progress and the modification of relevant domestic and foreign standards, the dimensions and technical parameters in the sample are subject to change without notice. Please ask our company for the formal outline drawing after ordering.
